A 35 m2 bed-sitter that offers you a 160x200 cm bed, and sitting-room with a flat screen TV, DVD, a convertible bed, an equipped american kitchen (fridge, oven, micro-wave oven, cooker, coffeepot, kettle, toaster, dishes). Bathroom with a bath, a washing-machine, toilet in the bathroom.

Moreover, you'll enjoy the garden for guests only, when the weather is nice. The bed will be made when you arrive, towels are at your disposal for one-week stays only.
